Charlie F. Newell was the owner and operator of the iconic Good Time Charlie's. The restaurant was celebrated for bringing genuine Cajun crawfish (mudbugs) and fresh seafood directly from Louisiana to North Florida, building a loyal following among locals and FSU students.
